Hotspot Proxy ID

A hotspot proxy ID is used to make a link between hotspots and skin elements and their actions.

A hotspot proxy ID is used to make a link between hotspots and skin elements and their actions. Mouse events on the hotspot, like mouse hover or mouse click, will be relayed to the skin element.

It is found in the Skin Editor in an element’s properties.

★ Use Regular Expressions to address multiple elements. For example, if you want a skin element react to all Polygon Hotspots, add #Poly to the Hotspot Proxy ID field (assuming all the Polygon Hotspot IDs start with Poly).
