Enable the Local Web Server for Windows 8.1 and IE 11

This fix comes from RGood in the forum:

Allow Pano2VR to open Internet Explorer 11 and wait for it to fail to find the Integrated Server

Open the TOOLS menu in IE 11

– Select INTERNET OPTIONS

– Select SECURITY TAB

– Select TRUSTED SITES

– Select SITES

The URL of the Pano2VR Server should now be in the “Add this website to the zone:” dialogue box
you may have to “uncheck” the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone

Now click ADD
the Pano2VR url will now appear in the list of trusted sites.

Close IE 11
Restart the Pano2VR Integrated Server and IE 11 will now work
