Newer devices have WebGL already enabled. Some older devices may not have it enabled by default but it may be possible to force the browser to use WebGL.

- Enable the Develop menu, by going to Preferences > Advanced > Select, Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- Under Develop menu, select Enable WebGL.

Required for Samsung Galaxy S and Asus Transformer Prime both running the latest version of Chrome (v32).
- Go to this URL: chrome://flags.
- Enable, Override software rendering list.
Browser
If Browser does not work, it’s most likely no setting is going to make it work, but check the following, anyway. (Better off using a different browser.)
