Bugfix: Pano2QTVR version 1.0.1 released

I fixed some minor bugs:

• bugfix: “Recent Project” within the menu works again
• bugfix: Correct viewer for HTML files
• bugfix: Wrong preview window size with height smaller 400px
• Some additional small fixes
