I've posted this a couple of times with no response! Is there any way to make the play back smooth. This is far too choppy and doesn't look professional.

The tours on your site appear very clean and smooth. I'm using a core 2 duo imac with an ati 1600x video card, I don't think this should be the problem as yours show great.
I have this problem from several different computers... this is weird.

"Is there any way to make the play back smooth. This is far too choppy and doesn't look professional." You have obviously seen a panorama with smoother rotation.. but did not tell us about your experience with any detail.
OK here I go again... "This is too choppy" is a personal subjective observation compared to a technical observation. However, your observation does have merit.
I am looking at your VR and say yes.. the rotation, refresh rate and redraw is not very smooth.. as compared to a QTVR mov type viewer display. Or perhaps you have seen a java display with better rotation smoothness.
Is it Professional ?? Not sure. Depends on how many client have purchased and are agreed to the image quality.
Choppy.. some what.. but the image display can be improved by setting the
zoom IN value to a narrower angle of view and
[see FlashTab]
deselecting "automatic decrease when moving"
selecting the 'dynamic stage rendering quality"
selecting "Scaling "with Stage"
Setting the Interaction Sensitivity to mid point
Selecting Mass simulation
Autorotate to delay 5 seconds
select IN focus
Return to Horizon to mid point.
Hope this helps

Changed the settings... and still choppy. I have seen flash shows that are fluid, I guess this isn't the exact product for what I want to do. Java is better but flash is more universal.
