I have a "little" licence problem. Three licences were requested and probably delivered. Unfortunately, two licences have been delivered. As it appears, a basic licence and an added user licence. The latter is supposed to contain 2 "seats".
Sounds a bit illogical.
My problem now is that I was able to activate a licence on one computer. On the other two computers, the error message "Invalid licence key" always appears.
I have already tried to copy and paste all the licence variants. It's a bit annoying at the moment.Is there anywhere I can view the licence key retrospectively so that I can see which one has already been issued? Can you help me further, as my colleagues would also like to work with the software.
