define new vertical axis on panoramas

Hello.

I have a set of panoramas that are captured with the camera laying down, the top of the camera does not point upwards towards the sky. This screws up the panning axis. im trying to define a new axis orientation but can not find how to.
I can set the pan and tilt offset, but the panning axis is still wrong.

Do you know how i can correct this?
