nodemarkers and hotspots

Hello,

First of all, happy new year to all of you =)

I have a question regarding the Tutorial Video "Creating Hotspots: Part 6" Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHfQtixOwb0

Is there a way to get the used skin (the .ggsk file) from the video?

And if not, I'm wondering how it is possible to create a connection between hotspots and node markers (at 5:38 in the video)
so if you enter a hotspot with the mouse the corresponding node markers in the map will grow?

I looked up all the Tutorial Videos and in the forums but i still could not manage to get it working like that.
