Pop up image size

Hi!
A client I´m working for, is interested in tours in html5 to show his page on mobile devices. Therefore I´m testing some tours I´ve already done, on to me available devices. Phone and tablet. The tours include pop up images. As the screen sizes change on some the pop up images fit on the screen but in others they look to small.
Is there a way to keep the proportions of the pop up image depending the screen of the devices the tour is playing on?
As an example I´ve been investigating the settings of the "Park Tour" in which the map keeps in some way its proportions to the screen size.
