Need an advise for 360 slider

Hello, Friends!
Can anyone give an advise how to create a pano icon slider / carousel with the links to swf files?
Please see the attached picture.

Place all your thumbnails into a container, in case there is lot of them you can use masking.
For the navigation arrows use actions "Change relative position" to slide the thumnails set by fixed step.
