There have been a number of posts on FIREFOX and unusual behavior
Possibly the following information will assist
I also have had a few reports of unusual behavior with Firefox

Fortunately I have been able to find a friendly user where I can reproduce the problem.

Symptoms include Image ( cube face ) loads Upside Down
Cube faces very jittery
Cube faces do not “stitch”

Pano2Vr Pro ( v4.0) configurations tested
1) Multi resolution max tile size 5110 Flash preferred with HTML 5
a. Tile loads upside down
b. If you hit REFRESH the pano works correctly and is right side up

2) Same as above but scaled down Multi resolution to 2048 as max tile size
a. Same as above tile loads upside down
b. REFRESH button again causes pano to load correctly
3) FLASH only with max tile size 2048
a. ERROR MESSAGE to get FLASH PLAYER
4) HTML with Pano2vr v4.0 option to create SWF without a flash tab
a. Image is jittery and never stitches
b. Random incorrect tiles appear at tile border
c. Pano never completely loads
5) HTML ONLY with no SWF created
a. Image is again jittery
b. Random incorrect tiles appear at border
c. Pano never completely loads

In addition I have a new Android phone with Firefox built in, and the Firefox Browser with Android 4.0.4 does not include FLASH and exhibits jittery and incomplete stitching as well
As a point of reference CHROME loaded from the Android store displays the pano correctly.

My findings at this point are summarized as follows
1) firefox without a FLASH player will attempt to display in HTML5
2) If I add the latest Flash player to the latest version of Firefox, it works correctly
3) Panos will not display correctly in HTML 5 in the newer versions of Firefox.
4) if the Pano loads "strangely" often times a refresh will fix it.

I do not know if this is a Firefox issue, or if PANO2Vr generates HTML5 that is not compatible with Firefox

I hope this is helpful

Is your sample on your website? Would like to also test (have iPad3, HTC Evo 4g, Win 7 Pro and vintage Win Vista Ultimate)

Looks like its cold [27°f -2°c] in Steamboat Springs today.
