Special letters in other languages - problem detected

I thought I solved the problem with (žćčžđš) letters, but now I just figured out what the problem is.
To explain,
In the skin editor I link text ($ud) on the "desctription" in which there are signs (žćčđć) and when I "create output html file" everything is fine, but when in "Parameters" embeded "externalize Panorama images" and then" create output file "then instead of these characters get weird characters (uFFFD).
I opened the html in my HTML editor and noticed that the 56 row is the text that's the problem:

panorama='<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?';

Problem is in "?" after "UTF-8". I remowe "?" and everything is working fine.


Please help, if this problem can be corrected in some other way in the program?
