I have downloaded the new version 4 software and have created 2 large virtual tours that work great in Explorer and Chrome and also Safari but they just won't load in Firefox is anyone else have this problem? I get strings of error messages. I hope someone can help.

Hi,
You got any more information, screen shots etc to help.
Also you say IE, so your using Windows but which version.
As much information as you can provide will help.

I think we would only be guessing at possible solutions.

Please save us some time by providing more specific information

What browsers are you using ? Version ?

Do you have a URL page.

We would like to test using our Chrome 23.0, Safari 5.1.7, Firefox 16.02, IE 9 ?

It also would be good IF you could tell us what ERR messages you are reading ?

OK... I can see them as FLASH in Firefox 16.02 on a PC. I also was able to click the hotspots and move to the next panorama.

Maybe someone else can view them on a MAC and Safari and provide feedback ?
