Add sound on Object2VR

Hello, how adding sound on an .swf object2vr publication.
I have to adding short talking description on a object I have to publish on .swf?
What is the best codec for the sound to doing this, MP3 or what?

As a thought, you can then add the sound in the skin and then have a loaded play sound action.

You can also add sound files to describe a section of the object using area hotspots to play them.
