Pan and Zoom out max

Hello,

For the sake of an exercise, I'd like to hide my Zoom-out button when I am already zoomed out to the max since the button is then useless and make it then visible with the first Zoom-in.
How can I do that in the skin editor? I don't see an option to detect that I am zoomed to full size (in any column of the animation)
Any ideas?

Have buttons with fixed zoom ratios.

One button for each ratio, the last button fade or completely remove.
Stack them on top of each other with a mouse click hide self and show next action as well as the fixed zoom.
