Hi. I am trying to use Pano2VR for simulating night sky. Is there a way to set axis of rotation tilted so it matches rotation to the north star?
Problem: In regular panorama, axis, or pole of rotation is perpendicular to horizon line. I need option to rotate pano in different axis line, like the night sky is rotating around north star) Is it possible in pano2VR?

Hi,
The only thing I can think of is to change the levelling, so tilting the panorama, but then the horizon will wobble.
That said, how do you imagine this should work, what should the viewer see when rotating the panorama?

Hi Martin, and thank you for the prompt response. Please see https://stellarium-web.org/ for simulating night sky. When moving pano with hand, it rotates around usual axis (+/-90), but if you click on time and scroll minutes, night sky rotates around another axis (polar star). So I was wondering Is there any way, probably with JS to define another axis of rotation?

Hi,
It looks like there is two layers, one that shows the ground and one that show the sky and you're able to rotate them separately.
And be able to rotate them separately in the output.
The only thing I can thnk of is to have multiple panoramas with different sky images and switch between the panoramas.
