Video Element - Video Control bar active

Hi.

I have a video element placed in a screen (see attachement). Now i want that a default video controlbar like the one attached is always visible. (see attachement)
Is this possible? My skin is based on the material_index skin preset.

Hi Thomas,
Where is the video coming from?
If it's a local or URL, MP4 then use the seek bar element.
If it's from Youtube or Vimeo then select controls in the video elements properties.

But iam not sure where in the skin of the "material_index.ggsk" i have to add/activate the seekbar element to get it active in Output.
I use the "video element" as input and a lokal .mp4 input file.See attachment. Now in this combination i need the video controlbar be active.
Can you show me the place where the seekbar have to be activated or added?

Hi,
For pinned videos, it will only be YouTube or Vimeo that will show controls.
For URL and Local videos then the seek bar will be pinned at the bottom of the skin, not the pinned video.
I guess you could use a point hotspot and then use 3D distortion and place the seek bar that way but not sure if this would look nice or even work.

Hello Hopki.

I still do not get to a point to get a solution for my goals.
So i want that the user has the possibilty to get access to a native video control bar after clicking on desktop computers and on mobile.
Now i´ve testet a point hotspot link with a ht_video_file Skin-ID.
But when i activate the video control-elements on the ht_video_file_poup_video the control is only visible on mouse over and at no time visible
on mobile. I need a solution where the default control elements with the functions like fullscreen and playtime ...etc. are visible and usable
for desktop and mobile users.

Is this possible?
I still use the "material_index.ggsk".
