images partly black while viewing

My customer upploaded VR tour to their server - and now some areas show upp as black rectanglers ...
What could be causing that ?

What I send to them worked fine - it looks like their server is reasonable fast ( I checked )

I got some help in FB group -
Looks like plenty of image files are missing.

I will ask customer to upload it again .
