Hi to all,

Is there a tutorial somewhere on the way to use this Direct Node Access ?
I must say that I already went to the page about that
https://ggnome.com/doc/dna/
but I don't get the way it works...
For example, in the main page (first screen capture) the name of the variable is not $(hu) like it is inside the skin editor if I select the first option as seen in the second screen capture.
So where do I select this Direct Node Access for my hotspot in the skin ?

Thanks in advance,
Regards,

Hi,
So where do I select this Direct Node Access for my hotspot in the skin ?
The most common use for Direct Node Access is via a URL in a browser. This allows you to go directly to a specific node within the tour.

For example, you give a node a Custom Node ID of "locationone" then in the URL you put on a website or somewhere you add it like https://myvirtualtour/index.html#locationone. When someone clicks on this link they are taken to that node instead of the first node specified in the Tour Browser.

If you want to look at using the Custom Node ID in a skin element take a look at my tutorial Home Button Skin Template at https://tonyredhead.com/pano2vr-little- ... is-is-home.

Hi Tony,
As an FYI for a long time now we have had the action Open Next Panorama, Start Node.

This will open the "Start Node" regardless of which node it is in a tour.
