360° video doesn't work on mobile

Ciao, I got a request to keep a stain in the middle of the screen, with the 360 video moving beneath: three questions, 1) why does it work on desktop only, not on mobile? 2) why do I need to click to start it? How can I do to stop it (once it started it goes in loop and I can't stop it.......https://www.robedimank.com/video/macula

Hi,

This is a known issue and I raised it with support in July and I know it has been added to the bug tracker but I haven't had any updates since.
