Bug: Video file player doesnt stay muted

Hi

Please take a look into this panorama: http://www.krk360.com/projekti/test/
if you opened it yesterday, press CTRL+F5 to take fresh files.

Try to mute it by pressing mute icon in intro popup.
Mute works because background sound doesnt play when centering on right wind generator.
I have background sound attached there
Now play video. It plays with sound even when muted.
Leave it play, open menu on bottom left, press speaker icon to mute sound.
Sound in video mutes which is OK.
Now close and open video player box again and video will play with sound on.
Which is not OK.
I tried to add set volume level 0 as well to mute icon action,
but closing and opening video always plays it unmuted and at 100% volume.

How to fix this?
Ive tested this behavior with latest feather box and orb and dart and dusk templates

Imho videos shouldn't play with sound if mute icon is pressed.

To get you going, replace the mute action with Set Volume to 0, target, _ main.

Thanks for the hint. Unfortunately, it works only on playing video.
As soon as I close video popup and press play again, video plays with sound.

I have educational 15 projects waiting for release, because its important for them
that videos and other media stays muted when mute icon is clicked.

I really really need to know is this is fixable or not.
And if yes, whats the approx eta for it.

I have 15 projects on hold which I cant deliver because they want me to comply with all project specifications.
One of specifications is ability to mute all sounds, and they are very strict about it.

If I cant comply with their request that I will need to choose other tour creator and build all from the scratch or give up on the 99% finished project
Both would be giant waste of time and money for me.

Sorry for the delay in answering this question as we need to take a look at what was happing.
The action "Mute _All" mutes all sounds in the player, so pinned sounds, pinned videos and background sounds.
Currently it does not include popup videos that use the video element.
We will look at including the video types, File and URL to the mute _all action.
Currently we have no infoance over YouTube or Vimeo videos.
For now what you can do is use the Set Volume action, Set volume to 0 _main, this works for all apart from the YouTube and Vimeo videos.
