Tour Upload Error

Hi there, this is my first post. I have just started my vr tour business and am trying to upload my first project via pano2vr cloud, but having a problem.

Whenever I try to upload the tour on pano2vr, I can see an error window saying "error opening file C:/Users/User/Documents/PANO2VR/output/tiles/node21/cf_4/l_4/c_0/tile_0.jpg".

So I checked the exact folder and cannot really find tile_0.jpg in that folder.

What should I do? How can I regenerate tile_0 file for that folder?

Also, I spent a lot of time creating this tour, so I added and removed nodes many times. In my final version, I got 19 nodes, but in my folder, I've got node folders from 1-26. How can I know what folders are the things that are not used anymore?

Hi dsisos,
Welcome to the forum.
What we would suggest is open the Tiles folder and delete the node21 folder.
Then regenerate the output, this will create a new folder.
Can it now find the image?
If so then there could have been an issue when generating the first output.
Please let us know if this solved the problem.

Hi Hopki,

Your suggestion actually solved the problem! I deleted the folder and regenerated the output, then a new folder including the missing file was created. Thanks!
