Both aren't Pano2VR project files.
A Pano2VR project file is an XML file, which can also be opened with a text editor and starts with something like: <?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
ALCALA DE LA SELVA is a damaged JPG image (you can see part of the sky when renaming to JPG)
ALBENTOSA looks like a (partial or damaged) binary file of some kind.
