When ggpkg loads a panorama on a wordpress website (shapely theme) a black screen the size of the original window setting is displayed together with a 'play' arrow.
See:
http://kolbehouse.org.za/portfolio/uct-sunrise/
However, when the same pano is displayed on another website, it displays perfectly:
http://www.360vr.co.za/sunrise-jan-1-2017-uct-360vr/
The ggpkg plugin in the 'kolbehouse' website is a later version than the one used in the 360vr website.
I uploaded an older version of the ggpkg plugin to a newer version of WP and it would not work.
How do I get rid of the black screen? I am not sure if it is caused by the plugin, the theme or simply a setting.
Hope you can help.

Hi,
For anyone following the preview image on the server is black.
May be a memory problem.
As an FYI, when Pano2VR creates a package everything is done in RAM.
If you get this then you can make the package manually as seen here: LINK.
This then uses the image cache location (HDD Swop file)
Regards,
Hopki
