YouTube pop up stopped working...

Hi all,

I've had a couple of YouTube videos working fine in clients tours for a while now. See the opening scene of this tour - pop up called "P80 Console video":

However, doing some updates to the tour, and adding in new scenes & content, the same link no longer works:

The pop up works - in terms of adding a background screen tint & the close button appears - but the video fails to play.

There are 3 YouTube pop ups in this tour: the one above, a second in the 3rd scene (MyGym - AMT with Open Stride pop up) and the third, in the 7th scene (Performance Gym - the All Blacks Training). Only the "All Blacks Training" video works for me now. Does it work for anyone else.....?

I know that to get YouTube content to work in a pop up I have to change the code from say:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CDsnBhBdMw

to this:

http://www.youtube.com/v/7CDsnBhBdMw?version=3&hl=en_GB

Is this still the case.....?

any ideas?

HI Stu,
Yes you need the old embed code. Using your link I can get a video to play ok.
All I can suggest is just add an external loader to the skin and enter the link, do you see the video?
If so then there are other actions preventing the video from playing.
