Area hotspot rollover - actions not working

I may be doing something daft but I can't get actions working with area hotspots apart from the actions showing and hiding the hstext.
I would like to have a text box appear (called target-description in the attachment) on mouse click. It works fine if I set up the action on a button but not with the hotspot rollover. (the third action in the attachment example)

Can anyone help with this?

Hi,
I have sent the project by e-mail but as you have also posted in the forum I thought I would post it here too.
The project has two poly hotspots with the display test in the title text field of each.
There is a container called hotspot trigger which has the wild card * in the Hotspot Proxy ID. This causes it to react to all hotspots.
The container also sets the text to be displayed in the popup by using the placeholder to read the hotspots title text.
