Video for PC and mobiles

I wonder if it is possible to pinn video into Pano 4.0 Pro that would be 2 MB fo PC and mobile phone eg 300 kb.
I noticed that my smarthfone (on Android) upload video of 2 MB and then stop.

Hi,
Try adding the larger video, then add as alternative the small one, lower res.
I know with the iPad and Mobile Safari will look down the list until if finds a file it can play, looking at screen res etc.

Thanks for your prompt response. Today it's all so complicated. A variety of formats and standards. When I entered the world of the web 90-ies, everything was much simpler. How are you getting along just developers in all this? I admire you
