Hi,
I have read some of the other post regarding this issue but cant seem to find out how to fix this issue from there.
I have created a multiple VR tour and exported it as HTML5, all works well locally and via the web on its own page but as soon as we try to put into a page there is an error loading the XML file. This link here is the one thats not working: http://www.dancebase.co.uk/images/stori ... index.html and this is a link to the same tour on its own working: http://dt360.co.uk/demo/db/
Just to clarify Im using the new Pano2vr beta 4 pro
Please if anyone can help me with this problem I would very much appreciate it.
Thanks
Dan

I checked your panos with my iPad3.
I noticed that not only you have the problem on your first link (simply not loading), but also the second image has a problem of corrupted tiles on ipad3; by the way it is difficult to load it completely also on other browsers. See the attached picture, I have taken with a camera, of your second pano with a disrupted nadir on my iPad3.
In fact I am just rising this issue in a separate post:
http://gardengnomesoftware.com/forum/vi ... f=6&t=7981
I consider this a very relevant problem.
I suggest you check with your other panos as well. Should you be able to solve such problem, pls post the solution!!!
Rgds
PS: is it possible to know what is the total size of your six cubic faces?ietro

Hi,
@ dannyboy
You have an xml file error because it can not find it, by the looks of it is is being caused by your file name of the input image.
From what I can see you have a full stop "." in your naming convention. Examples:
Entrance._ofront.jpg
Entrance._oback.jpg
Pano2VR using it's default file suffix will cause the XML file to drop its extension, here is a screen shot of the folder: You will see the first file is actually the XML file but as you can see it has dropped its extension.
To be honest its not recommended to have full stops in the middle of the file name, but if you need this you will be best advised to remove the file suffix from Pano2VR.
To do this open Pano2VR and go to the setting / preferences. Under the Files tab you will see File Suffix. Delete this.
@ p.madaschi,
I have looked at this link on iPad 2 and 3 and do not see what you show in your screen shot. I suspect the iPad 3 is suffering because of the size of the cube faces it is being served up. The iPad 2 gets smaller cubes and is far smoother to rotate and just gives a better response, By the way a project made with first panoramas cube faces make a 5.6MB HTML5 output and thats without the skin.

Hopki

Thanks @ Hopki, I took your advice and reproduced the tour with amended file names with out the full stops.
This has worked so thanks very much for that, but I now have a differnet problem, the skin elements or at least the arrow does not seem to be loading and comes up with a blue question mark instead.
Im using a .svg file for the arrow.
If you could have a look at it for me I would very much appreciate it as I dont know whats going on. http://www.dancebase.co.uk/virtual-tour
Again I have the exact same tour running on my site with no problems, here: http://www.dt360.co.uk/demo/db-1
Thanks in advance.

Hi Dan,
Please see: http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Sca ... hics_(SVG)
If the mime type is not set on the server that is hosting the tour you will get this behaviour. However you hav ethe option to convert SVG to PNG which will overcome this problem.
