Flash and HTML5

I do have a "Panorama" that you can see both "flash" that "HTML5" (iPad)
In the tab Html i have flagged "Prefere flash if available" and indicated the name of the .swf (see the image)

Is this the best way?

no.

best way now is check
Flash fallback player
Prefer flash

and clean $n.swf

and created only html5, flash will be added to it automaticly as fallback, image files will be used from html5 output, but you will have swf file in html5 output directory.
