Cursor, colors, fonts and Hotspots

I have some idea for the next version (it's may be already possible but i don't know how!)

For the Flash version of the VR:
-Possibility to have and customize cursor arrow during the navigation like QuickTime VR, and cutomize the cursor when the mouse is over an Hotspot...

-Possibility to customize font for the loading, and font & color for the textbox

If it's already possible, how can i do ????
Else it's a good idea for a next version, no?
