Default Patch Image File
you can patch a logo to all panoramas of the tour at the same time with „edit master node“. is it that what you mean?

Hi Acacord,
Your post made me take a look at how the Master Node works in Pano2VR and I've made a tutorial that may answer some of your questions. In addition I've added in how to create a Tripod Cap that is built in such a way that you can change elements within it and it will automatically update in your Pano2VR project.
You can find the tutorial at https://tonyredhead.com/pano2vr/patch-across-nodes - Let me know if it's what you are looking for.
cheers,
Tony

Since I'm using the logo to patch over the nadir, this will only work if the nadir is in the exact same position every time. Is it in the same exact position every time?
That sounds stupid for me to question, but I feel like I should ask...
Great tutorial, Tony. Since two of you have suggested this approach, it looks like this is the way to go.Tony wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2017 8:53 am Your post made me take a look at how the Master Node works in Pano2VR and I've made a tutorial that may answer some of your questions. Tony & Wiso, thank you for your responses. I'll be updating my workflow to incorporate your suggestions for future tours (I've got several more scheduled for next week).
hello again,
the way i see it: nadir is always the point exactly below you. the bottom. the opposite of the zenit. therefore it is always at the same position.
and if you dont change the size of tripoid stand the patch size should be the same, and on the same position.

wiso

Enjoyed reading your Tripod Cap Tutorial. Thank you for the show and tell.
You may want to add an extra special optional feature that keeps the tripod cap in a "floating position".. meaning as the tripod cap fixed in an always UP orientation and does not rotate with the panorama. Quick to read from looking down any angle of view.
Observations:
The tripod cap contains easy to read contacts useful type information that the "Powered by" the photographer / client product is conveying to the visitor ... e.g. company names, addresses, see more etc.
Just a thought..
