good evening,
i have two questions:

i have pinned a video :
http://www.wisocast.at/pano01/landtag/index.html#node4

(if you turn around , in the first row on the table)

the thing is if the video plays i can not stop it?!

the second question:
is it possible to make a pinned video innvisible and then start it (make it visible) with a skin action?

i need to use version 5.0 (not the 5.1 beta, because of some other bugs..)

thank you for help,
regards,
wiso

Hi wiso,
The ability to hide an inactive pinned image or video is in the bug tracker as a feature request and can not be done now.
You should be able to place a poly hotspot over the pinned video and using hotspot proxy ID link to a container which has the actions:
mouse click, media, activate media, toggle, (media id)
mouse click, media, play/pause media, loop 1, (media id)
Of course set the click action to pop out.
If this is not what you want, it should point you in the right direction.

Hopki

Play-Pause is working:

http://www.pano.szenerien.de/Pano2VR_5. ... Pause.html

By clicking on the video itself or by an image as button with an action:
snap2530.jpg
snap2530.jpg (185.6 KiB) Viewed 4389 times
But why does the handcursor not appear?

BTW: Do you like panoramas which are not levelled?
snap2524.jpg
snap2524.jpg (68.2 KiB) Viewed 4389 times
Or is this just a rough preview?

haha, panox, the not leveld panoramas make you sick, isnt it?
its rough preview, yes.

start stop is possible , if i choose "start/stop", but if i choost pop up in 100% it want work.

thank you hopki, ii will try your suggestions in the evening, but as i understand there is no way to hide the video from startup?!
with the polygon hotspot i can try to operate the media and i can hide it if i click on it. but i can not hide it from startup and show it later with a click on a (polygon)hotspot. am i right?

for your information:
as workaround i tried to make a "general switch wich regulates all videos (_main)

it works to stop any video. it dont work to toggle between stop/play.

Hi wiso,
_main addresses all media so not a good idea for this to start media.
You would use _main to stop everything but you need a start media action targeting the media you want to start.

hello again,

a big problem for me with videos is the following:

if you start a video fullscreen you can see the hotspots and some of the pictures "through" the video!

example: if you start the video lying on the table and make it big, you see the rings of the hotspot and the plan from the speakers desk throuh the video.
http://www.wisocast.at/pano01/landtag/index.html#node4

is there a solution?

hello again,
it seems , that the solution for the hotspots seen through the video has to do with the adjustment of sound. it works good with the standart sound adjustment wich is "richtung rechteck"(direction-rectangle?). it shows the bug(?) if i choose statisch (static?)

Hi Wiso,
Yes you are correct, I have bug tracked this.
BTW if you set a video to loop -1 and then set the click action to pop out then the video should also start to play on pop out.
