Re: Pulsing arrow gif
I cannot say I am surprised, I have hosted a gif and used it in the skin, as a hotspot image, with the absolute URL but it does not load. Can anyone please tell me if there are any known pitfalls using this kind of thing?

Re: Pulsing arrow gif
So, if I host a gif on website, I can call upon that and it will load into the tour? Seems too easy.

Pulsing arrow gif
Hi, I can't seem to import a gif into a skin. I have an animated gif of a pulsing arrow that I want to use as a hotspot but cannot import the file type 'gif'. I have searched the forum but only find mentions of using an 'external loader'. I don't know what that means. Can anyone please point me in t...

Re: Skin won't show
Used a tile size that would fit into the project instead of being too large. Doh!

Re: Hotspots not linking
OK Thanks for your time. When I have done this in the past I presume it worked because I output swfs as well as html5s. I was just trying to save a little on file size.

Re: Hotspots not linking
Hi Hopki, Thanks for helping. When I saw your reply a little bell rang inside my head as I recall coming across that on a previous tour. However, as certain as I was that it would do the trick, I regret to report that it still does not link. I have gone over the settings time and time again but cann...

Hotspots not linking
Hi, I have a peculiar and annoying problem at the moment. My hotspot linking to another panorama via 'Go To URL' works perfectly if I output flash only but will not work if I output HTML5 only. With HTML5 the states of the hotspot work but the 'go to url' does not. I have also tried uploading to web...

Re: Skin won't show
OK! Sorry about this. I was doing something stupid with tile size. This no longer a problem. I hereby withdraw the request for help in this matter.

Re: TourCloud - Making virtual tour offline browsing easier
I finally got the Pano2VR tours to play on my Google Nexus 7 by loading the files into the on board memory card and accessing through Astro file manager and viewing in Opera browser. The only 'hack' was to go into Opera settings and enable html requests.

Skin won't show
Hi, I do not understand what is wrong here. I have a skin with a logo anchored top center and a text box anchored bottom right corner. When I output the flash and html5 files, the pano looks great but the skin doesn't show. I have checked alpha is OK and re-run the compiler several times but still n...

Re: Pointing a tour
Thank you. Your help is much appreciated. I do try following tutorials and forum topics first but this one has really got me flumoxed because I have redone these nodes several times, going slower each time, checking that I am choosing the correct direction and double checking the data accuracy. So -...

Pointing a tour
I have watched the video on pointing several times and I am pretty sure I am doing everything correctly. i.e. For each individual hotspot, I am entering the path to the nest pano and in the target field placing the xxx/x/xx return path (opposite the exit path) but still it does not work. I have plac...

Re-install after PC failure
Hi, I had a major fault on my PC necessitating the Installation of a new OS. In so doing of course, I lost all my programs and while I have since re-installed Pano2VR, I can't find any record of my user licence. Is it possible to find it with my forum login? I can't even find the receipt for purchas...
