Re: Noob question on viewing a tour in Oculus Quest
Thanks Hopki. I will try looking at one of those tours in the Quest tonight. If that works, then I guess the problem is how I incorporated the VR button from the component box. I didn't try just using the silhouette skin, which I should have probably just used that as the starting point to make sure...

Noob question on viewing a tour in Oculus Quest
Ok, I'm embarrassed to ask this, but I haven't tried doing a tour using a head-mounted display until now. When I export the tour with VR enabled and load it in my Quest, I am able to view and interact with the tour fine, but only within the browser window. I'm not able to maximize it (using either t...

Re: How to play sound using polygon hotspot
Ok, I feel dumb, but just found Tony's excellent tutorial here and was able to get the polygon to work:

How to play sound using polygon hotspot
I'm trying to trigger a sound when you click on a polygon hotspot. I followed Hopki's instructions here: https://forum.ggnome.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=14746&p=61820&hilit=play+sound+skin+trigger+audio+skin+audio+skin#p61820 That works for a point hotspot, but using the same settings does ...

Re: Google Cardboard Skin rotating issue
Hi Hopki, it looks like this is still doing this in the latest releases, do you have an ETA on a fix or do you konw of an existing work around to mitigate this behavior? TIA.

Re: 5.2beta and 5.1 images distorted in tour builder
I tried a different folder, but that had no impact. I'll send in a support package.
Thanks.
Thanks.

5.2beta and 5.1 images distorted in tour builder
The main tour builder window completely distorts my panoramic images so that it is impossible to use. I have attached an image showing what I see. Has anyone else experienced this upon upgrading to 5.1? I tried the 5.2 beta as well. I am using a Mac. The images show correctly upon export, but they a...

Re: HTML5 not properly pointing panos
Thank you Hopki. It took me a sec to figure it out, but I got it now. I now vaguely remember going through this a couple years ago, but hadn't made a new tour since then and was very rusty!

HTML5 not properly pointing panos
I can't find an answer to this in the forums or documentation. If someone knows where it is, please point me to it. I have my skin built and am using a custom map image. I have pointed the links between panoramas using the tour node settings under properties. When I output the tour as Flash, the pan...

Re: Oculus Rift multi-node
Howard, how was that program solution? Does it support adding information hotspots, or just linking the things together? I am trying to figure out the best way to use my Pano2VR tours with my Vive, but it looks like the virtual dektop might be the only way to do so right now. FYI: I've decided to us...

Occulus Rift and panos
For the last couple of years I have been looking at building an immersive CAVE system for displaying my panoramas in a classroom. Now, with the Occulus Rift being so cheap, I am curious to know if anyone has experiment yet with an Occulus development kit and panoramic images. If you have, I'd be cur...

Re: Nodes disabling pano pointing?
Hi Kris, thanks for the help. I swear I had tried that set up before, but whatever the reason, it appears to be working now. Thanks again.
