Hi all, I'm having some issues wit a virtual tour. Unfortunately I can't post a screenshot, so I'll try and describe as best I can. I have created 7 Panos, each with there own HTML(so they can be loaded independently as well as through the virtual tour). Each one of these panos is linked to the others via hotspots and/or skin buttons. Now when I load each of these separately they work fine, however when I link to one particular pano within the tour the loading bar displays, stops at 100%, and leaves over two thirds of the screen still in black and white. I have exported this from the new beta, and the last full release with the same issue both times.

Has anybody else experienced such a problem, and any suggestions to how I can fix this?

regards.
Alan P.

hi.
1. check that all is ok in offline mode.
2. I had the problem like this. Perhaps, it happens due to the provider cache (or browser cache). Try on other computer (friend's one).

Hi Mdholl, unfortunately this still isn't working, I've tried it locally, and online, on 4 different computers in our office. I've never had this problem before, it's all very odd!

Do you have any sounds on it?

No, no sound. Bizzarely if you link to another pano via the skin buttons, and then link back to the problem pano via a hotspot it loads fine.
