Re: Pano2VR 2.2 beta released

Hi Thomas
This is a bug and will be fixed in beta2 (coming soon...).
I am a bit confused, it was beta 2.2 that I made the panos with?

Re: Pano2VR 2.2 beta released

Hi Thomas I have spotted something which may be a problem or me not using the new futures correctly. If I link two .swf’s together by hotspots I am finding that when you open the first .swf file it is pointing in the direction set in the viewing parameters. Click on a hot spot to open the next .swf ...

Re: there's always something - please test!

Hi From what I can see you’re not putting the container around the thumbnails and your setting the thumbnails to not visible. Place your thumbnails in the position you want in the skin, leaving them all visible. Highlight all the thumbnails and then go to elements in the skin editor and click “add c...

Re: Disappearing mouse cursor

Hi Had a look, I can only guess but you are using your own cursers so what’s happening is that when you move to a new pano the curser needs to load. I say this because when the pano has loaded, the curser can be seen. Try putting a loading bar in so people can see its still loading. If this is a pro...

Re: memory usage problem

Hi Henri, Find out if the pano sticks when going full screen. The reason for this is that there are quite a few computers out there that can not handle full screen mode. My wife has a Tosh laptop with Intel Core Duo, 2 Gig Ram, but has a weak graphics card, this also sticks when in full screen mode....

Action, Go To URL

Hi Thomas Following a thread and adding to it with regards to the Action, Go To URL. While playing I found that with “Allow networks access” checked lets you test external websites, e.g. http://www.google.com. The local function then does not work, but when “Allow networks access” is unchecked, the ...

Re: go to URL does not work?

Hi forgot to add, If you want an external link to open like google.com then you need to add the http:// at the start. http://www.google.com I would set target to _blank, to open in a new window. It does not work locally, but when put on a server it works fine. The same when sending e-mails, mailto:a...

Re: go to URL does not work?

Hi Had a quick look, Hummmm Structure seems to be the problem, what I mean by that is if I explain how I would do it. First I make a folder and name it after the pano, say “building “ I put all my html and swf files in the folder, including the JS file. So let’s say I have three .html files called “...

Re: Javascript API...

HI Thomes The error messages seem to point to the button or the link, OnClick bit of the code. I have posted up both my site and yours. :) Just to confirm, it does not work locally, only when put it up on a web server, right? :?: Locally you would expect to see the pano but when clicking the links, ...

Re: Hotspots, floor map and more questions

Hi John, You may get this twice, I thought I sent it as a private message, but its still sitting in my forum out box. Yes its Maldon Quay Side, if you look at the Panos, Places of Interest, you will see a full colour version. Also if you look on the 360 page and under Branded you will see a pano of ...

Re: Javascript API...

Hi Thomas Have been playing with the JavaScript API which took some doing as not very good at code. http://www.hopkimedia.co.uk/Test%20Pano/Test%20Panos.html It works but with errors on the page, I noticed that your demo does also. Do you know why there are errors? It all works fine but looks bad. K...

Re: Hotspots, floor map and more questions

Hi bemol73,
Thanks for the heads up on addresstoview.com, it’s a new idea to help people try and sell their homes or business premises, needs more work as the addresstoview.com website is very basic, it works, but needs a bit more sparkle. :D
