I have purchased a license in the past, do I have to make another purchase in order to get an account?

No. If you’ve ordered a license in the past, you can activate your account by requesting a new password:

  1. Click the Login button at the bottom of the page.
  2. Click, Request new password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your license. You’ll be sent an email with an activation link.
  4. Follow the activation link to reset the password.
  5. Log in with your new password.
