Calling a video

Hi everybody,
is it possible to call a (external) videoclip with a hotspot in a pano2vr panorama like you can do in this site:
http://www.savethechildren.org.uk/kroobay/webisodes.php
(Enter the webisode and click on a videohotspot)
Either by using the internal hotspot-possibilities of pano2vr or by using the API in a Flash-Project?
