Patching the pano then exporting the Transformation

Hi,

I use the patch to fix the pano to remove the tripod etc.. when exporting to html5 or to google maps works as it should.

I want however to get the patched full pano in Equirectangular format when outputting under the transformation section, but with the patches applied

Is this possible? When I tried it, I just get the unpatched Pano.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Andy,

Rather than outputting via the Transform use the Convert Input in Properties

1. Select the Viewing Parameters button, top of the list in the Tour Browser, to leave patch mode
2. Go to Properties
3. Select 'Convert Input'
4. Select Type = Equirectangular
5. Check 'Apply all patches'
6. Give it a name and location to save
7. Select 'Convert'

Hope this helps,

Tony

Hi Guys,
The transformation output will use the patch if applied.
In a Pro project if you change the output file name to output/$n.jpg (or tif) then you will get a patched image of all inout images.

Hopki

Tony/Hopki,

Thanks for two great answers, both allow me to do what I want to do. One simply and the other that Hopki suggested does also allow me to change the centre of the equirectangular output useful if I am going to put into FB for example for the start image.

Appreciate the knowledge out there from you two, really enjoying using Pano2VR Pro.
