Whatever the problem was, I can inform that it has now gone away.

Sorry this has been a slow reply but I am still having issues.

The size of the tour seems to play havoc with my RAM and my Mac needed a complete clean up. It's still really struggling with this tour but I managed to download all the images into a new Pano2VR project and it worked. Well, I got no missing image data or question marks.

I used this tour to finish off the project and uploaded. I kept getting error messages.

Error transferring https://streetviewpublish.googleapis.co ... atchDelete - server replied: Internal Server Error. I've kept the report if needed.

I tried logging out and back in of my Google Account, I changed the 'Memory Size Hint' to 12,000 (from 16,000 ish) as both the 'Street View upload' (12,000px) and the 'Output' (not ticked for TIFF) were correct. I kept getting the error messages but after quite a few attempts I managed to get through without any errors.

I checked the live tour and it had been updated. The old floor had been removed and the new floor (I'd replace it with) was showing when you clicked on floor 5 from the floor number menu.

I've just had another part of the building to replace so (in the project that worked before) I deleted the old panoramas from floor 6 and replaced them. I uploaded them but now I look at my live tour and all the old panoramas from floor 5 and 6 are back and my new tour no longer is there.

I've added some screenshots as when I go into the Street View Browser (in Pano2VR) there's an error showing and loads of the panoramas have been duplicated, there are new and old panoramas in this list.

Any ideas?

It now seems like I have two separate tours when looking at them live on their Google profile. I have the old tour as it was and then the two floors I was replacing (5 & 6) have their own separate tour.

What would you suggest now?

It seems that any tour uploaded through the Street View program prior to about Sept 2015 was instantly credited to the business and therefore they can only be removed by the business owners. The new panoramas were held on my profile so there was always a split.

I asked my client to delete all their panoramas so I could upload my locally saved tour (with all the panoramas in it). This meant that all the panoramas lost their viewing counters but all the panoramas are now held under my account and this seems to be working better.

The floor levels do change as you walk through the college tour but I'm told that this is how the floor levels now work so it is kind of working although not as it was or any of my other tours. I will open a new post or search the forum for the multi floor level differences.
