When I add the map element to my VR tour skin, it's a fixed size and location or a percentage of the screen size. Is there a way to let the user resize the map and move it to a location of their choice?

I'm using HTML 5 output.

Do you all have a tutorial on how to create custom elements (tools required and workflow) and if so, is the source for the map element available for the end user to customize?
