Visibility dependent on field content?

I have a text box that displays the content of the User Data Comment field. The visibility of the text box in controlled by a button. How can I make the visibility of both the button and text box dependent on there being content in the User Data Comment field?

Hi,
Use tags, tag the panos so when the tag is detected it can hide and show the elements.
