Text box appears just in certain area

Hi, everyone.
I wanted to publish informations into a text box but want that this container (or rectangle or just text box) comes up only in certain part of the pano, like when I use sounds.
What tool can I use? I need to define the area where will activate the container to appears, when this area is in the center of the screen(for exemple).
