Is it possible to re-create a Pano scene without the 360deg source image files ?

Difficult to explain, but a while ago, I created a 3d PanoVR enviroment, my client didn't want a single environment with several hotspots but each as a separate Pano link;

eg.

http://3dvisuals.co.uk/work/o/2/c1/
http://3dvisuals.co.uk/work/o/2/c2/
http://3dvisuals.co.uk/work/o/2/c3/
http://3dvisuals.co.uk/work/o/2/c5/
http://3dvisuals.co.uk/work/o/2/c6/

I'd like to recreate this Pano experience as ONE Pano with hotspots so that you can jump from one spot of this interior to other spots in that same office interior.

But I no longer have the source spherical image files, I only have the html files, with all the javascript and all the tile image folders, tile images etc.

Of course, if I still had the original source png files (of each spherical viewpoint), this would be a doddle and I'd be able to create such a Pano scene within minutes using the latest Pano2VR.

Is there any way I can create my single multi-hotspot PanoVR with what I have ?

I'd even consider paying someone to do this, if the cost is reasonable.

Many thanks.
