HTML5 Black screen output

I got a black screen when i output a 360 image as html5 output i dont know why , its only work with firefox ,and it dosnt work on my iphone s6 safari or any other browser on iphone

HI Osark2,
Im sure i have answered the sin support e-mail but did not realise it was here too.
Looking at the link I was send the images could not be found on the server.
Since the e-mail not heard back so I guess you got it sorted.
