Animated hotspot with info button

Hello guys ,
This is what im trying to do ...im trying to created animated hotspot for builtin "Image popup silhouette " skin element ....all im trying to do is change hotspot icon of the builtin skin element ...and check the below picture for tree order ....now the problem is i either getting animation hotspot or i either getting image popup silhouette ...but not both ...what am i doing wrong
