Garden Gnome Software

GGPKG incomplete, XML-File is missing!
I get this message after uploading my GGPKG file via Upload From Server.
When I insert it into my WordPress page, I get this message.
I see people had this problem last year, but I saw no help for me there.
Ant ideas?

Hi Kirk,
I had this before and it was something silly but I can't remember for the life of me what it was.
I think it was sorting to do with a character in the user data or file name.
Check and see if you have any.
