Upgrade Issue

Small issue when upgrading the licence key. I go to upgrade link in my account and everything is listed with a balance of £0. When I go to checkout I get "The upgrade may not include fewer or equal seats than the original license." - I'm not sure what it is trying to say. It lists 2 existing seat for v5 and 2 for v6. I've tried to alter the number but another error appears.

I must be missing something obvious?
