Can't seem to get Gyroscopic use and hotspot working at the same time on mobile devices at the same time.
I created a tour of a restaurant under construction. When the gyroscope checkbox is un-checked the hotspots appear and all links work fine.
Gyroscopic control is of course disabled. When I check the Gyro control, gyro control works, but the hotspots disappear.
I'm using controller_new_radar.ggsk for skin and normal.ggt for the html template.
Thanks
Jim
Can't get Hotspots and Gyroscopic control working at same time.
Hi Jimiscaro,
I just created a single pano project using the controller_new_radar.ggsk and normal.ggt with Gyro selected and a hotspot and it worked as expected. Here's the project http://rebrand.ly/p2vr-gyro-test
Tested on iPad Air using Safari, on Samsung S8 using Chrome and Firefox and both gyro and hotspot are working.
Do you have a link or project file?
Tony

Hi
Sorry I didn't post the link in the original posting.
These two project links are exactly the same except that in the one labeled _g the "include gyroscope control" in checked.
The _ng project the control is not checked.
www.jpivr.com/cooked_g/
www.jpivr.com/cooked_ng/
They work the same on my laptop and desktop browsers. ie. Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
It's disorienting having 6 windows on the screen with the panoramas all rotating. My head started spinning too! lol.
Thanks
Jim

Hi,
The problem on mobile is that the fly-in doesn't finish, gets stuck, and the hotspots don't load. This is a known problem on mobile devices when you have Gyro enabled as the Gyro is interrupting the sequence.
If you check out this post viewtopic.php?f=6&t=12278&p=50725&hilit ... +in#p50725 Hopki has a great solution using a timer to disable the Gyro and enable it when the fly-in is finished.
cheers,
Tony
