text info for a polygon hotspot

good evening,
i would like to have an infobox to a polygone hotspot.

but the text box is to small. how kan i make it bigger respectively can control the design elements of the box?

i get a text box wich is fixed positioned on the screen and thats not my intention ]

but ...

is there a possibility to use varying designs (different color, different opacity ...) for different polygon hotspots in one panorama?
